The Benjamin Feyijimi Initiative (TBFI) is a civic organisation dedicated to advancing active citizenship, responsible leadership, youth development, and national transformation.
We believe that a better Nigeria requires citizens and leaders who are informed, engaged, and committed to creating positive change. Through conversations, education, engagement, and action, TBFI creates platforms that encourage Nigerians to understand their role in shaping the future of the nation.
Our Story
Founded with the vision of encouraging deeper conversations around Nigeria’s future, TBFI began through the Nigeria & I platform in 2019.
The initiative was created to bring together young Nigerians, leaders, professionals, and stakeholders to discuss national challenges, explore opportunities, and inspire collective responsibility.
Over the years, Nigeria & I has become a platform for meaningful conversations around citizenship, leadership, governance, and nation-building.
